Description:
A drug given with fludarabine phosphate before a donor hematopoietic stem cell transplant in adults and children aged 1 year and older with acute myeloid leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome. It is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer. Grafapex may kill cancer cells by damaging their DNA and stopping them from dividing. It is a type of alkylating agent. Also called treosulfan.
