Description:
A drug used to treat biliary tract cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of the body, has been treated with other therapies, and is HER2-positive. It is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer. Zanidatamab binds to a protein called HER2, which is found on some cancer cells. Blocking this protein may help kill cancer cells. It is a type of monoclonal antibody. Also called Ziihera.
